Guidelines at keystone heights rv resort

We want to ensure all our guests have a great experience while at the Keystone Heights RV Resort. Listed below are guidelines to help make your experience so enjoyable that you will want to come back time and time again.

If you have any questions, please contact us at the Office during normal business hours (Mon – Sat 9am -5pm; Sun 10am – 2pm, Closed Sundays during the summer months).

 

  1. Do not move your unit to an unassigned site without management approval.  Your site is guaranteed only for the days that have been paid for.

  2. Quiet time is daily from 11:00 pm – 8:00 am. Visitors must leave by 11:00 pm.

  3. Sites are for two (2) people only.  Additional guests incur a $5.00 per person, per night charge.

  4. Only two (2) cars per site. Parking on the grass, in the street, or on an empty site is not allowed. If additional parking is needed, please contact the Office.

  5. Storage areas are available for boat trailers, trailers, etc. Cargo trailers, boat trailers, utility trailers, are not permitted on RV sites.  Cargo Trailers are allowed on Pull Through sites as long as they fit on the cement pad for the site.

  6. We are an Adult Community. Children (under 18 years of age) may visit parents or grandparents at the resort for a period of no longer than seven (7) consecutive days, with a waiting period of thirty days in between visits. All children must be registered with the office as a visitor to the resident’s site and are required to always wear a visitor’s wristband. The Office will issue the bands at the time of registration.

  7. Parents/Grandparents are responsible for all behavior and actions of visiting children. Children must always be supervised by an adult and in all areas of the park, especially in the pool area, pickle ball courts and the activities building.

  8. No bike riding after dark without proper lighting.

  9. Window AC units are not allowed on any RV in the Resort.

  10. Do not walk through or between sites. Do not allow your pet on other sites for any reason.

  11. All visitors must register at the Office.

  12. No skateboarding, hoverboarding, or rollerblading allowed.

  13. ATVs are prohibited. UTVs are allowed.

  14. Clotheslines not permitted.  Nothing is allowed to be tied to or hung from a tree or a post.

  15. Trimming or cutting of trees or bushes is not allowed. Report the need to the Office.

  16. You will need prior written approval for any improvements, changes, or additions to your site. All permits are the responsibility of the Resident/Guest.

  17. No storage allowed under or around the RV.

  18. Gazebos are allowed with prior approval.  EZ-Ups, screen rooms and/or tents are not allowed.

  19. We do not provide trash pickup.  Dumpsters are available in various areas through out the Resort. There is wildlife in the area so please do not leave trash out overnight.

  20. All sewer connections are required to be secured with a sewer ring, per Florida State Law.

  21. Written approval is needed to repair an RV or vehicle on site.

  22. You must obtain permission from the Office before you wash your RV or vehicle, with the exception of removing bugs from the front of the vehicle upon arrival. Additional washes are $10 for an RV and $5 for a vehicle.

  23. Alcoholic beverages allowed in designated areas and at your site.

  24. No one under the age of sixteen (16) is allowed to drive any motorized vehicle, including golf carts, without an adult licensed driver.

  25. Home-made school buses and RVs are not allowed unless inspected and approved by the office. The staff has the authority to refuse any rig that does not meet resort standards. We do not allow pop-ups, tents, vans, or van conversions. We do allow Class A, B and C motorhomes, fifth wheels, and travel trailers that are ten (10) years or newer. All RVs older than ten (10) years must be approved by the front desk.

  26. All people are to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the Resort. This is a Pet Friendly Resort, with the exception of aggressive breeds or behavior. Pets are not to be tied outside for any length of time. The Resort does not allow excessive barking. All pets are to be leashed when outside of the RV.

  27. Pets not allowed in any of the community buildings or in the Wagons.

  28. You must obtain approval from the Office to put up a pet fence or pen.

  29. Discharging firearms is strictly prohibited.  Fireworks of any kind are not allowed.

  30. Outdoor furniture is to be clean and orderly.

  31. Potted plants or trees allowed and limited to five (5) per site.

  32. Sheds are allowed to anyone who is a 6X6 or Annual guest, with prior approval from the Office. The size limitation is 8X10 and must be secured on a wooden platform.

  33. Raised, covered, or screened fire pits allowed on site but not at the Wagons. Debris and coals are to be disposed of responsibly and not dumped on or around the site.

  34. No glass bottles or containers allowed in the pool area or Pavilion. No pets, smoking or vaping allowed in the pool area.

  35. The pool and hot tub is open from 9 am – midnight daily. Adult only time is 6 pm – midnight.

  36. Speed limit is 10 mph throughout the entire Resort.
