• In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is canceled or changed.
   

• Rental accommodations (Wagons)
  Cancellations outside of 72 hours (3 Days) prior to your arrival date will result in a $50 cancellation fee for daily and weekly reservations. Cancellations within 72 hours (3 Days) or less of your arrival date will result in a fee equal to a 1-night stay, based on the rates at the time of cancellation.
   

• Daily and Weekly Reservations
  Cancellations 72 hours (3 Days) prior to your arrival will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 72 hours (3 Days) or less of your arrival date will result in a fee equal to a 1-night stay, based on the type of site reserved.
   

• Extended Stays, 1 Months or Longer
  All extended stay sites require a $200 non-refundable site deposit at the time the reservation is made.  Should you cancel you will forfeit your entire deposit.  Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date will result in the forfeiting of the entire $200 deposit plus an additional $50 cancellation fee.
