Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be issued for early check-out.
In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is canceled or changed.
Rental Accommodations - Covered Wagons
Cancellations outside of 72 hours (3 Days) prior to your arrival date will result in a $50 cancellation fee for daily and weekly reservations. Cancellations within 72 hours (3 Days) or less of your arrival date will result in a fee equal to a 1-night stay, based on the rates at time of cancellation.
Daily and Weekly Reservations
Cancellations 72 hours (3 Days) prior to your arrival will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 72 hours (3 Days) or less of your arrival date will result in a fee equal to a 1-night stay, based on the type of site reserved.
Extended Stays - Less Than 6 Months
All monthly sites within this timeframe require a $200 non-refundable site deposit at the time the reservation is made. Should you cancel 90-days or more prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded to the credit card used with a $50 cancellation fee deducted from your refunded deposit. Should you cancel within 90-days of your arrival, you will forfeit your entire deposit.

All monthly sites within this timeframe require a $200 non-refundable site deposit at the time the reservation is made.
