5th Anniversary celebration

Keystone Heights RV Resort marked a big milestone on Saturday, November 8, 2025—its fifth anniversary—and what a celebration it was! Guests began arriving early - filling the Community Center with laughter and conversation.
The space was decked out for the occasion with green, gold, and white balloons—a nod to the resort’s colors—and a large 5th Anniversary display that became a favorite photo opportunity. Nearly every seat was filled as friends and neighbors gathered to celebrate.
Dinner was catered by G’s BBQ from nearby Starke, and the food was a hit with everyone. Once plates were cleared, Second Chance Band took the stage for four hours of live music, dancing, and fun. It was an evening that perfectly reflected the friendly, welcoming spirit of Keystone Heights RV Resort.
Looking Back: From Vision to Reality
Phase 1 of the resort officially opened on November 1, 2020, with 190 RV sites. What began as the dream of Alan R. Wallace has grown into one of Florida’s top-rated destinations, earning a 10/10/10 Good Sam rating.
Each site was designed for comfort and style—20x60 pads that feel more like personal backyards than parking spots. And that entrance lined with palm trees and soft white lights? It’s the perfect “welcome home” every time you turn in off the highway.
Growth and New Additions
In just five years, the resort has continued to grow and improve.
In 2021 Phase 2 brought 225 new sites along with new amenities like the resort-style swimming pool, dog park, and the Alan R Wallace Community Center—now home to many of our weekly activities and social gatherings.
Phase 3 followed in Spring 2023, bringing the total number of sites to 705. The larger 20x80 sites plus a second pool, give guests more space and even more ways to enjoy the Florida sunshine.
Then came the Cottages—a collection of cozy bungalows designed for those ready to settle down but still want to enjoy everything the Keystone Heights community has to offer.
Most recently, in Summer 2025, we introduced Swing Away, the only Top Golf style driving range located inside an RV resort in the state of Florida. It’s been a great addition to our community events.
A True Sense of Community
Over the past five years, Keystone Heights RV Resort has become more than just a place to park your RV—it’s a community. Every season, we welcome back familiar faces who have made this their winter home away from home, as well as year-round residents who simply can’t imagine living anywhere else.
It’s been rewarding to see how the resort has grown while keeping that same friendly, small-town feel. Neighbors wave as they pass by, events fill the calendar, and the sense of belonging is real.
As we celebrate five years, we’re grateful for everyone who’s been part of this journey—from the founders and first residents to those just joining the family.
